Cross-cultural communication training for global pharmaceutical company

Client: Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, Indiana; Beijing, China; Kobe, Japan

 

Services: Designed and implemented training in the US and Asia to assist foreign-born and American-born scientific personnel in improving the way they communicate with each other at Eli Lilly and Company, one of the largest worldwide pharmaceutical companies.

Project management training for national agricultural insurance agency

Client: United States Agency for International Development & the Moroccan Ministry of Education, Rabat, Morocco

Services: Researched, consulted and trained 24 teacher trainers from the Moroccan Ministry of Education about gender equity in the classroom.

Managed refugee repatriation training for Erdut Agreement of the Dayton Peace Accords

Client: United States Agency for International Development, Moscow, Russia; Samara, Russia; and Saratov, Russia

Services: Conducted refugee repatriation training and consulting, as part of the Erdut Agreement under the Dayton Peace Accords, for Croatian local elected officials in exile.

Business management training for Russian government leaders & business owners

Client: United States Agency for International Development, Moscow, Russia; Samara, Russia; and Saratov, Russia

Services: Conducted training for government leaders and new business owners on management, marketing, and human resources issues.
