Bischoff Consulting partners with nonprofit and community-based organizations to strengthen programs, secure funding, and support long-term organizational capacity. La Luz Center serves Sonoma Valley families through programs focused on education, economic advancement, family support, and community wellness. Bischoff Consulting supported the organization through multi-year grant development, funding strategy, and program support initiatives related to early childhood development, family resource services, and community-based programs. Funding support included partnerships with First 5 Sonoma County, Futures Without Violence, the S.H. Cowell Foundation, and other regional and national funders.

The Napa County Older Adults Assessment (NOAA) was a countywide initiative commissioned by the Napa County Board of Supervisors to better understand the needs and priorities of older adults throughout the county. Bischoff Consulting was selected to design and facilitate the assessment process, engaging residents, caregivers, service providers, and community stakeholders in identifying key challenges and opportunities. The resulting report established a foundation for future planning and investment in services supporting healthy aging, accessibility, and community well-being.

Bischoff Consulting supported Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County on initiatives focused on childcare expansion, family support services, housing stability, and food access. Work included grant development and funding support connected to ARPA initiatives and other regional funding opportunities designed to strengthen services for underserved families and communities.
