Connections Napa County (Aging and Disability Resource Connection) serves as a coordinated access point for older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and service providers throughout Napa County. Bischoff Consulting has led the development and implementation process, establishing operational policies and procedures, facilitating advisory and partner groups, developing annual and quarterly planning documents, and guiding the initiative through California Department of Aging approval milestones. This work has helped position the organization to expand access to coordinated services and achieve full ADRC designation.

Sonoma County Library serves communities across Sonoma County through public library services, educational resources, and community programming. Bischoff Consulting provided leadership in the development of the library’s five-year strategic plan through extensive stakeholder engagement, public facilitation, employee input sessions, and community research. The project included strategic planning facilitation, survey development, focus groups, and creation of measurable organizational priorities and implementation objectives.

As part of Sonoma County’s prevention-focused Upstream Investments initiative, Bischoff Consulting contributed to collaborative efforts centered on community wellness, evidence-informed practices, and evaluation of programs serving diverse populations throughout Sonoma County. This work involved cross-sector collaboration, policy-level discussion, and community-informed planning efforts focused on long-term social outcomes.

Napa County engaged Bischoff Consulting to design and lead a countywide strategic planning process focused on establishing long-term priorities and guiding future decision-making. Bischoff Consulting facilitated stakeholder engagement, guided strategic discussions, and developed the final strategic plan, providing county leadership with a framework for organizational alignment and implementation across county services.
