Bischoff Performance Improvement Consulting is a woman-owned certified small business, founded in 1990 by Dr. B.J. Bischoff. We provide support services to nonprofits, government agencies and corporations. Our support services empower our clients to realize significant returns on their investment working with us. In all we do, we adhere to the code of ethics of fundraising professionals.
